Why doesn’t my Quest or Galaxy battery charge to 100%?

Sometimes charging and recharging your device may naturally cause the operating system not to read the battery properly. You can recalibrate the battery by going to System > Factory Settings, which can be accessed through toggling through the mode button. Before you initiate the factory reset, you will need to unplug the power adapter. If this doesn’t correct the problem, contact Technical Support at 1(800)890-1180.
