To participate in testing the ScripTalk Mobile app’s new Reminders feature, you must first put your Google Play Store account in Developer mode.​
Note: If you are a TalkBack user, each tap in the steps below will require a double-tap.

Open the Google Play Store app. ​

Navigate to your Google account button and tap.

Navigate to Settings and tap.

Navigate to "About", then tap to expand.

Navigate to "Play Store version".

Tap "Play Store version" seven times repeatedly. This action enables Developer options on your device. A message will appear indicating that you are now a developer.

Navigate to “General”, then tap to expand.

Navigate to "Developer options” and tap.

Navigate to "Internal app sharing", then tap the toggle switch to turn on.

You will be asked to confirm turning on internal app sharing. Navigate to “Turn on” and tap.

Once complete, uninstall your current ScripTalk Mobile version. Then click this link to get v2.9.110:
​Once installed and in the app, follow these steps:

Go to the "Help" page.

Scroll down and read the “Reminders” section.

Below that, find the “Enable Reminders” toggle and activate it.

You will need to allow 2 permissions in your Android Settings. In the first alert, tap “GO TO SETTINGS”.

Navigate to “ScripTalk Mobile” in the “Do not disturb permission” list, then tap it.

Tap “Allow”.

Navigate back to the ScripTalk app.

In the new alert, tap “GO TO SETTINGS”.

Navigate to “ScripTalk Mobile” in the “Alarms & reminders” list, then tap it to turn it on.

Go back to the ScripTalk app and scan your medication.

On the My Meds page, go to the medication’s “Set Reminder” option and tap.

Set your Reminder.
